INPA & NCS for Windows 7 or 10 64-bit laptop

Can anybody help point me to a link for a reliable version of INPA and NCS that will work on a newer Windows 7 or 10 64-bit laptop.

I have a K+DCAN INPA USB interface cable. I can install the drivers just fine.
The INPA software CD that came with it seems to be for Win XP 32-bit

I've tried some versions of INPA I found online, and while they run on the laptop - the INPA scripts are all in German
no matter how much I edit the .ini file to ENGLISCH

I want to read some codes in INPA and do some basic coding in NCS on a E60/E61

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks lads.
I downloaded Mike's BMW tools and tried it on 2 diffrent Win 10 64 bit laptops.
It's an easy installation and my K+DCAN cable drivers are installed correctly, COM 1 etc.
INPA runs and communicates with the car perfectly - the only problem is that it's all in German.

I can use Google translate, but I don't really trust it for overall accuracy.
Any suggestions on how to get it running in "Englisch" ?
