Surely that's the same type issues that you get with any BMW of that age ?

Sadly they don't seem built for longevity any more (as with most manufacturers) - the modern throwaway society I suppose....

That's an LCI car (272bhp) with CO2 that brings it in to €750 category for road tax. Because of the whole CO2 thing and the ass beginning to fall out of our world around this time an original Irish reg one of these drinking petrol is a rare beast.

Whoops - I didn't quite complete the link of my comment to your observation on optimistic pricing - you're almost certainly right, as a lot of e63's in the market don't seem to be moving, but the rarity of LCI petrol cars means there isn't much of a sample to benchmark it against, so only the phone not ringing will enlighten the seller. Pre-LCI are around in enough of numbers to give sellers a benchmark as to where their car should be priced.
