I actually had a deal done to buy the 123d but it was too small for me when I actually drove it. I was extremely disapointed to be perfectly honest as I really wanted to love it but it wasn't to be. That said, it is in fantastic condition and John is an absolute gent to deal with even if I didn't end up buying it.

Have driven it a good bit, it’s a great drive - all the necessary timing chain work carried out by M&G too.

Had timing chain inspected/tensioners adjusted ??

Get yourself a 06 or 07 and pay the extra tax, older engine (M47) is a far better lump. The cost of road tax versus maintenance costs will level itself out over a period of time.

You even have the bonus of getting the E60 lci cross over model that has the lci parts with the M47 engine, mostly 2007 cars and some into 2008.
