    Angels not so high

Looks like one of the angels has decided not to be so angelic....

I'm assuming it's just one bulb that need replacing?

Someone said it was an awkward job and might need lots of labour. Best place to go to get it replaced?

I'd always do them both as if one goes the other normally isnt far behind
I't not that bad from what I remember, a little fiddly but something to be done on the driveway at home, rather than visit a main dealer

Just came across the BMW First thread.
€4.90 p/m and it covers bulbs?

Those angel eyes I'd say must be expensive-ish? Wonder would it be covered under the first offer? :-)

About €30-36 per bulb. I've had Angel Eyes replaced free during one of BMW's Winter promotions a few years back, I wonder woudl this deal work out cheaper? Minus the Mini Valet of course!

    https://www.joeduffybmw.ie/web/bmwwinterpack/

    - Angel EyeBulb
    - Wipers
    - 1L of 10W60
    - Oil carry bag

    That alone is ~€125

If the wash and vac as part of the service is anything to go by I wouldn’t put any value on the mini valet.

    Valid till Jan 18?

In getting a puncture repair in Atlas and he said bulbs were expensive - €120. I assume that included labour.
    Seems steep for a bulb.

On the pre-facelift E60, if you have xenon's, it's a different bulb again and dealer only. Circa 35 quid per side.

Rich, sounds like your car is starting to give trouble - i'll do you a favour and take it off your hands

Its a fiddly job to do, but well doable yourself. H8 bulb, think osram are the OEM for the E90. There is a flap on top of the headlight assembly that you can open to gain access.

Just googled and one person took a wheel off went in at it from inside the wheel well. So I's sorta confused. If the wrong bulb is sourced, could one end up with different light brightness on each side? I'd say the M is the same as the pre-LCI coupe.
