Yep, same issues. My FIL has an XDrive 18D (2012 MSport version) that he' selling, and he had the timing chain done at about 65k miles
If I had the option I'd go for a 3 series touring over the X1, more space and nicer to drive. The X1 is like a higher up 1 series.
Judging on what he getting for his 2012 one, I'd say a 2010 with that spec and mileage is worth €6k ish (if the chain has been done)
If it's not been done, allow €1,500 off that
