just ring your nearest bmw dealership and ask to speak to someone in bookings
give them the reg and say you want to get the recall done on the car and they will take care of the rest for you

If you're going with Joe Duffy, make sure you have the last 7 digits of your VIN too because my reg wasn't on the system, apparently!
