Thanks for the offer mate, but I bought a little runaround (320cd M-Sport) while I’m not based in Ireland so think the m3 springs would be overkill. Will hopefully be able to pick up a set or a random spare from someone who’s replace broken rear springs!

Can't verify right now....but if E39 springs are the same I've the old ones that came out last year in favour of the Eibach's I put in.
