Lidl Wet Vac & other stuff this week

I see Lidl have a wet vac available this week at €40 as part of their auto range. Has anyone used one before? At €40 it’s not a big risk, esp for the handful of times it’d ever be used.

    https://www.lidl.ie/en/special-offers.htm?id=716&week=2

Their battery charges are supposed to be ok as well.

Have both the wet vac & battery charger a few years now. No complaints with the wet vac at all for the price.

Battery charger does the job, if battery is below 11v it can sometimes be stubborn to start charging

Mrs H just revealed she left the catalogue on the kitchen table to see if I’d say I wanted something from it.

    Love is.... a wet vac!

Must get Mrs H to share notes with Mrs D

Having said that, I'd probably prefer if the conversation didn't veer in certain directions, e.g. a formal definition of when "enough" cars becomes "too many" cars, etc.

In fact, the more I think about it, there's a risk that such a conversation could become counter-productive. I may just be as well to go to Lidl myself.

My advantage is that technically the e30 is hers and she bought the e36 so it’s not my fault that we have too many cars!

I’ve also found it best to not mention them at all when they’re in storage.

I had to use that one myself when Andy was selling his e30...... I was able to construct a narrative that worked a treat though.
