S54 Vanos pump disk machining

Hi,

I am looking to drill two holes for vanos pump disk for tighter margin so intake hub tabs dont knock and sheer of over time. I know Hack provides a service but you have to send it away etc.

Did anyone know of an engineering shop in Dublin maybe that can do this job?

How are people in general looking to prevent this? I know there is turboy hub and vac made hub for sale which also offer different solution.

DaveG is doing one for me at the moment and has done plenty so I’d say just send it to him
