    E46 not running properly

Hello lads, long story short I changed the flywheel, clutch, pressure plate etc.
Car was running fine to my surprise as I had very little tools haha

Then the starter gave up so had to remove intake manifold and a few other bits, she starts fine but ever since removing intake manifold etc she's misfiring, stalls if you don't rev her up and sometimes won't rev past 3000rpm.

Eml light is on and check engine light too, very confused as what the problem might be.
My code reader says it's something to do with valvetronic low voltage (code P1056).

I'm unsure what that means, if anyone could shed some light on it that would be great.

    Thank you very much 👍👍

Thought so. Just check all the hoses again. You may have missed something!

Will do, cheers pal and your right about the manifold.
I swear it was easier changing the flywheel , clutch etc. than removing the intake manifold haha

It sounds like you need to remove the manifold and retrace your steps. Could be a damaged hose that is causing this. I take it it's a 318Ci? If it is, it's a tricky manifold to remove and refit. Also, would recommend cleaning out the Crankcase Breather Valve while the manifold is off.
