    E36 clutch biting point

Whipped the E36 out today for a clean, and quickly remembered an issue with the clutch I have. Biting point is barely above the floor - engages fine, no slipping. Clutch is more or less brand new - thought the issue was a slave cylinder so had that replaced too, without success. System has been bled too. There’s about 200 miles in total on the clutch at this stage.

Anyone have any ideas? It’s a pig to drive because of it!

Not sure - but thought it would be losing fluid if that was at fault (which it’s not). Am potentially completely wrong on that one though.

Dunno but a bit of airport lounge googling revealed some folks have changed both on e36s to sort it

Probably worth a shot - not much else left to change at this stage Thanks John

I'd say master too. I believe some change to a notched e34 item to improve flow as I believe its inch in diameter where as the e36 one is smaller. Removes spongeyness from the brakes too I believe
