Buggy repair

I need to get a single M4x80mm bolt and 2 nuts to fix No. 2’s buggy. It’s to replace a long rivet that holds the basket underneath in place. If I could get them in black it would be preferable.

Can anyone point me in the direction of where I’d get the necessary, please?
