Front bumper respray

I have a buddy of mine that is looking to get his E90 front bumper resprayed and he's looking around for decent places that do that sort of stuff.
I could only think of trimtech of the top of my head, he got a quote of just over 400 which sounds a bit high.
What do you guys think is that a normal price? Do trimtech do a good finish? What other places do you suggest around Dublin?

The gent I use regularly would charge typically €250 for a bumper. Obviously dependant on any remedial work etc.

So who is this "guy"? My friend is a bit picky too, doesn't want to see from a mile away that it is painted

dan does top work and is reasonably prices too. wouldn't rate trim tech
