    E92/e90 m3

Well the time has finally come!

...And there’s nothing decent for sale...

Looking for an early e92 or e90 on CC tax, if it’s a unicorn 2008 DCT that would be amazing...

Stuff like rod bearings and actuators a nice bonus but not necessary.

    EDC preferable but not important.

Would prefer a grey, red, or white car... or anything that’s not black or silver (or silverstone) but beggars can’t be choosers

I don’t really enjoy “the looking for a car” stage anymore, would like to get into something soon and ideally without a trip to the UK.

What I’m trying to say is if you have an M3 and you’re on the fence at all... even a little bit... just shoot me a pm

Richard, Mr Vader, I’m looking in your direction

Gotta be the E90 if you can get one, Peter?
On that one above, would you not be liable to vrt penalties?

I prefer the styling of the e92 and would put up with the lesser practicality but would definitely buy a good e90.

Wow... that white one is stunning... well specced... well priced... under BMW warranty! And sadly sold...

Red is nice, perhaps a touch too many mods but worth a look for sure!

Just to be sure, cars registered July 2008 onwards (in the UK) are on Co2 tax if imported? Or is it based on build date?

Any way around paying VRT penalties if you buy a UK car here?

If you buy privately up north, how do you prove how long the car is here without a ferry ticket?

The red one would need some work to go back to std.

You’ll need a car registered before 1 July 2008 for the less extortionate tax.

No, don’t buy a UK car here. You’ll be screwed! If you buy a car in the North, get a receipt to confirm. Your bank statement showing the withdrawal of €€ to pay for it should help too.

I had e92 320d silver , I went to VRT office and had no any receipts or invoices ,so she told me to get hand written letter with name from the log book and date ,lets say yesterdays date on it, thats all ,no problems .
