    WTD: E60 LCI wiper arm

    Hi all,

Looking for an e60 LCI wiper arm.

I had an eventful drive home last night....in the rain. Down the N7 and my driver side arm ripped off the car

Anyone know of an E60 for breaking in kildare/dublin?

About €120 in the dealers, pricey yes but forget about it for another 10-13 years

Bought a new one from Autohaus off the long mile road.

€70 for the arm and linkage.

Not really impressed. Not sure if it’s refurbed or a spurious part. Guessing the later.

New Bosch Aero twins also added.

Not fully clearing the water. Have to play with the adjustment but have a feeling it won’t be successful.

Same thing happened on the e63 about a year ago, ironically as I was on the way to drop it for a service with my man in Gort. Given the similarity of the undercrackers between the e60 and e63 its probably the same mechanism.

I think it is the same part, my 630i wiper went awry a few years ago too.

I bought a new wiper arm from Frank Keane a few months ago and I think it was around €80.
