I’m in a crazy scenario that I still have 2 other cars there not being used… it’s a catch 22

Hard to sell a car that you’ve had 18 and 13 years respectively but they’re not just a fiesta or polo… I wish there was limited mileage car tax…

Often thought about something similar to that ie. having a weekend only tax rate for car use between say 6pm on Fri until 6am on Mon morning. Might encourage better public transport use if someone could keep a car for weekend use only too......

Would be a very easy change to make (just issue different colour and/or design tax discs) - the legislation is already there in that your car is either taxed or it's not for the applicable time of use.
