    They were just anthracite with diamond cut face as far as I remember.

    If it doesn’t catch the nail a competent person should be able to get it out with a machine polish

    They would check the thickness they have available to work with

    Had a chat with one of the guys there, very helpful and they don't need to strip the whole wheel, they can just do the polished face and leave the black paint untouched
    They were able to book me in for next week too where as Route66 a month from now.

    I ended using rim solutions for the repair and while the polished face was restored almost like before there is a lot of bubbling on the lacquer upon closer look. Should have asked for a closeup on those rims above.
    Would have thought that spraying a bit of lacquer is the easiest part but I guess not and could be due to the fact the whole wheel was not stripped just the polished face
