It's with a very heavy heart that I post this...

BMW 525i

2003 with 163k miles
Bought in 2010 at 63k miles, and touch wood, its never missed a beat. Previous owner imported from the UK in 2007 and had 1 owner in Scotland prior to that.
Reasonable documented service history; always got what it needed but not always filed the invoices - I need to sit down and assemble all the invoices from the file, glovebox, kitchen press, etc and get some order to it.

The car hasnt had much mileage in the past two years; driven on the odd 10 mile spin but recent work completed in terms of mileage but not date...

Sept 2016 at 137k miles the following
Eibach Pro-Kit
Front M Sport Shocks * 2
Front Top Mounts *2
Bump Stops and Dust Covers *2
Front ARB Bushes *2
Front Arms *2
Front Discs & Pads
Complete Tie Rods
Rear Ball Joints
Rear Top Back Arms
Braided Hose Kit
Engine Sump Gasket
Engine CCV Valve
Engine Oil and Filter

Sept 2018 at 158k miles a Schmiedmann High Flow Sport Manifold & Cats

The pictures speak for themselves below, but in short the car needs attention on the exterior. The interior is extremely good. It drives well too. I have a few bits and pieces in the shed too and would prefer to sell it all together as a package.
Style 37 M Parallel's (original) with good tyres but needing refurb. Uniroyal RainSport 3's with 3-4mm on front, GoodYear Eagle F1 Asymetric 3's practically brand new
Replica Style 65 M5 bit of kerb rash - tyres not worth talking about but has tyres on the fronts
Brand new splash guards / arch liners for the front

Unfortunately there's no NCT or Tax on it. Put it through the NCT back in May 2019 at and it failed for Emissions with Valdas reckoning that short spins were causing it. Cats not warming up fully and suffering from deposits.

She has served me extremely well for over 10 years and over 100k miles. Will be gutted to see it go, but right now, it makes sense to let someone else enjoy it and revisit E39 owership when the young lads are a bit older and might get to enjoy it with me too! Would like to see it going to a good home...perhaps its not for saving?? but there is sufficient good bits on her to help save another!

Dont know what its worth, but I'll stick down €1950 for everything, but open to sensible offers.

How she looked in her former glory!

As she stands now!
