I think a member on here might have imported that car. @Peter if you’re close to buying I can ping that person to see if there’s any history worth knowing.

Get Derek a very very very very low km ‘08 Mk5 Golf GTi

Oh and I have a PDR fella if you need it

    To do list:

    - Give the e60 a bit of prep and put it up for sale.
    - Use the 328i – I’ve had a couple of mods undone. John Roche reckons its driving very nicely and I need to use it for a while before deciding whether to undo any more.
    - Sport seats trim replacement and fitment in 328i – after after several earlier episodes of unrealized good intentions.
    - Use some of the other cars more or dispose of some if they’re not being used.
    - Clear out some of the “bits” in the office, shed, etc.
    Current: BMW 530e M-Sport - '17, BMW 630i Sport auto - '07, BMW 325i Coupe - '93, BMW Z4 2.5si Auto - '07, '90 BMW 316i Lux.

    Previous: BMW 328i Coupe - '96, BMW 530i SE auto - '07, BMW 530i Sport auto - '02, BMW 318i SE Touring - '07, BMW 330Ci Sport - '04, BMW 520d SE - '11, BMW 523i SE - '00, BMW 328i SE Touring - '00, BMW 523i SE - '97, BMW 323i SE - '98, 330Ci - '00, 325i Coupe - '93, 318Ci - '01, 316iSE - '98, 325iSE 2dr - '91, 320i Conv - '91, 325i Coupe - '92, 320i 2dr - '91.

09 520d - proper detail and some PDR

08 520d - sell it and stop being a lazy b@stard just because it’s an auto

X3 - not much, fantastic childer hauler

123d - wheel refurb and maybe try source a s/h m performance bbk

08 318i - keep my mother from destroying a lovely mint 20000ml car

And I’d usually finish off by saying maybe buying something “flash” for myself but not this year for obvious reasons but high on the agenda for next year.

Stop buying more Minis and ironically downsize that collection of six. Deleting Donedeal app would be a good start!!

Keeping modded 02 R53 as a daily for the year before hits classic insurance and plan to fit aero kit, BVH, injectors, remap and GP wing.

Find more JCW carbon parts for the Jap 04, fit aero kit, JCW seats, upgrade to facelift xenons and test it in April. Pretty much keeping it a stock oem R53 with only 68k on it and do supercharger service and coolant system overhaul and oil seals.

Get the M5 out on the road this summer for 3 months and have an urge for E38 end of the year.

All subject to Covid restrictions and funds as events business has taken a hammering.
