    Importing used alloys info

    So was onto a business in the UK about shipping a used set of alloys over he said they don't charge vat on the used set
    How would that work when coming into Ireland

    You’ll pay vat and duty on the declared purchase price on everything that comes into the country unless it’s a business sample or is being sent as a warranty replacement.

    Yep I had this issue before getting wheels sent, vat is charged even if for personal use and not resale
