My last experience of wheelfix was, Call down in 2 weeks they'll be ready, So left him alone for 2 weeks to call down to see them in the exact same spot I left them. (Outside the door with 20 other random sets) I'm flat out call Tuesday they'll be done, Completely forgot call back Friday they'll definately be done... Gives him an extra few days, This time the were actually dipped and in the queue. Told they'd be done the following day. Gave it another 3 days, went down again and just loaded up my wheels and took them away unfinished and bare alloy after nearly 5 weeks waiting!
Iv all the patience in the world for a lad if he's busy but don't keep fobbing it off and getting me to call pointlessly saying they'll definately be done.
Iv had him do wheels before and he's good at what he does but ill never darken his door again.
Ideally you need to be dropping the car to him and letting him put it on axle stands if you want a quick turn around.
