rear seat bottoms e61/e60

Hi Lads
my apologies if this has come up before i did a search and could not find it.

my query is how to remove the rear seat bottom on an E61/E60 i have read online that you just pull up the seat firmly approx 300mm in from each side?
if the above is the correct method do i need to replace the clips when re-fitting? i had an a4 which i tried the same and the retaining clips broke leaving the seat bottom loose.

my little girl has broken the seat belt buckle i have a replacement but need to take out seat bottom to get at the bolt.

got it sorted no plastic clips to break thank god
