Well lads after a few years away from Bmw I've recently bought a 08 520d Lci msport!
Loving being back in a bm although I miss the power of my mk5 golf gti badly lol
Every thing was fine with the car for the first few days but since then the electric windows have decided they only want to work some of the times!! Mainly when I get into the car they don't seem to work for a while but usually after a while they will start working again fine! When they don't work none of the switches work but all work fine when they are working except the passenger front door never works off it's own switch but is fine off the drivers main controls!! They always seem to work up and down with the button on the key
Checked the loom going into the door and that seems fine
Any one any ideas of what to check or who could plug it in and see if theirs any faults near Kildare or Dublin
