E61 air spring

[Ron Burgundy]

Hi...
I'm looking to replace in air springs / bags in the rear suspension on the E61as there looking a bit perished .
Dose anybody know who makes them? Or oe brand?
And where to purchase other than BMW.
I see a lot on eBay but don't wanna be buying rubbish. Tks

I was about to link to the Arnott ( not the department store ) air bag suspension available at micksgarage but the site isn't showing them at the moment. I will get it fixed and hopefully send you a link.

Current price is €233 for a single airbag but there is a forum discount code for 10% off.

Hi John... Tks for your reply....
That price is nuckin futs... For basically a rubber balloon .
I have one perished looking bag, other looks OK, I was gonna replace in pairs, but the car can fuck rite off

You can't really look at it like that.

Tyres are only a big rubber balloon but there is a technology behind them. You aren't just paying for the material.

I thought it was just airlines and a valve in them.
No technology in the airspring / airbags on the trucks...
