    E60 Parking Light Bulbs

Folks, the passenger parking light bulb(s) is blown. Does anyone know the type of bulb? It’s for a pre-facelift E60 with xenons. I’m reading conflicting reports that only one parking light bulb is required if the car has xenons and 2 if it’s just the standard halogen. Also, is this a dealer only part and how scratched are my hands going to be after replacing? thanks!

If I remember correctly, there are 2 x T10 bulbs per each side so you shouldn't have any problems to get them...changing them is a bit fiddly

If it’s has factory xenons and pre facelift it will use a single dealer only bulb with its own housing. Afaik same bulb as the facelift E39.

Lol got confused now, remember putting led bulbs in my old facelift e39 and I'm pretty sure that they were without any extra housing ....but my memory isn't good as use to be

Cheers guys, think I’ll give bmw a call so! Conor, you’ve prob done these a million times - is it quicker to remove the entire headlamp assembly?

Yes, easier to remove the headlamp. The last time I got these for my E60, they were €28 from BMW. Not available from motor factors.

Cheers Andy, checked real OEM and it seems like it’s specific to the e60
