BMWScanner 1.4 not reading IKE

[Eccentric Toast]

Hi has anyone got a BMWScanner that I could try as mine will read everything except the IKE I'm trying to do a service reset and change a few options but to no avail!
Any help would be appreciated!

I have bmw scanner you can try with. (Providing that the laptop still works. Haven't used it in months)
