E46 M3 Exhaust: Scorpion or Schmiedmann? Any opinions?

Looking into getting a backbox and center section for E46 m3. Has anyone any experience with Scorpion or Schmiedmann exhausts?
I understand scorpion would be considered budget, but from what I can gather, it is made in UK and to decent quality. Cant really find anything on Schmiedmann at all, no sounds clips, no forum posts.
I know there are others like miltek, eisenmann but not sure if they sound that much better for the fee they commanding, 1.5k just for the backbox.

I bought a scorpion for my e36 because it was the only thing available and it looks like it’s super quality.

Personally I wouldn’t put an exhaust on an e46. After putting an airbox on that’s all the noise I’d ever need!

I have eisenmnan on mine but its sport version with super sprint centre section
    Not that much louder
Which Is the way I want it
The evolve box makes some roar at full throttle
    Which I'm.unsure of
Must throw up a sound clip

    What about miltek
    Good quality not mad money

I think the allure of scorpion is, it relatively cheap so if I get it with center section it would be under 1k all together. Milltek backbox alone cost that much and if I dont like it or it drones, it would be just a waste of money. I did read it drones with center section.
Carbon intake is definitely on the cards at some stage, just not now. Altho haimus racing came a long way with their intakes. Maybe I ll price up the whole set up again. But sending ECU to Uk is pain in a hoop. Does anyone in Ireland do it? Whats involved in it? Is it soldering some chip and flushing a map?

Surprised nobody heard or had any experience with Schmiedmann?

If I was you I’d just go with the haimus box. That’s what I have and the newer one is much better quality than the first one I got.

If you could convince the seller to ship it from UK, this could be a nicely priced one?

I have the Eissmann sport exhaust with standard centre section (as far as I know0 and its great sound off it. Slight drone at 2.2k RPM but I daily mine and can easily live with it. The other option which is louder again is Hals exhaust off ebay. Its based off the Supersprnt LWR exhaust and has gotten very good feedback on M3cutters. I have been tempted by it. https://forums.m3cutters.co.uk/threa...review.236707/
