Hi lads I know times are tough and all that but I've decided to take part in Movember this year.
I'm doing it for The Rape Crisis Centre (www.drcc.ie) a charity that's very close to home and I think it's a very worthy cause whether it's effected someone close to you or not.
I won't bore ye anymore ye know what to do

I've decided to do it with a twist and grow a full on beard Chuck Norris style

I'll post pictures each week here and on Facebook for yourselves to watch the progress and to give me words of encouragement in the form of sponsorship

I set up a mycharity page to raise money for St. Francis hospice who looked after my mother in her last weeks.

Its good to give back to those that help.
