Forget about number of titles, who was the best?
This will raise some opinions alright [THUMBS UP SIGN]
Very hard one to call I think.
This is an easy one for me Senna.
Micheal Schumacher is an amazing driver but he should never have come back driving for Mercedes F1 as he was past his best.
If Ayrton Senna did not die in 1994 at the San Marino Grand Prix what would he have achieved.
Schumacher, absolutely loved watching him during his time at Benetton.
Class act, unfortunately finished his career on a bit of a low.
Very VERY close but Senna pips it for me.
Senna FTW
Thought there'd be more Schumi-love TBH
Although who was it who said he might just scrape into his top 10 of all time? Stirling Moss maybe?
Senna was the best driver in terms of talent.
But i believe that Schumi was the best F1 Driver/Champion i.e. the best package.
It was no fluke that a team formed around him that were capable of designing, developing and running so many championship winning cars.
Both were win at all cost drivers, but Senna takes it for me as he had a bit more flair. I met Shumi at the race of champions and he was a dry cunt.
There were a lot less driver aids back then and nowhere near the same aerodynamics, I think this video is a good example of how much more driver input was required to keep the car on the road in comparison to today's cars.

I didn't get to watch Senna's entire career, I do remember his last maybe 2 years. I did get to watch Schumacher's career from start to finish, him with Ferrari and Hakkenen with Mclaren were unstoppable and the battles they had for a win would drive you mad with excitement...I think if Mclaren's cars were as good as the Ferrari's of the day maybe Hakkenen would have some of Schumacher's titles
