Cheapest shipping from Belfast to Dublin?

Hi Lads,

Just wondering what is the cheapest way for me to have something posted (a pair of mirrors) from Belfast to Dublin?
The Royal mail is looking to be expensive, would Parcel motel or another option be advisable?

Parcel motel will get it to you for €3.50 plus the postage charge from Belfast to Newtonards.

Damn, thats bloody cheap! I imagine the royal mail delivery from wherever the guy is in Belfast to Newtonards will be cheap so I'll go with that.

Cross border will work out more expensive though, try Fastways, they do it for a tenner or so incl VAT.

I've used parcel motel several times, there isn't a cross border fee, you'll just pay the
standard fee which is €3.50 for the delivery to a 'parcel motel' of your choice in the south.

Other than that he'll just pay whatever the shipping cost is from Belfast to thw parcel motel
depot up north.
