Just curious if there is one car, that you sold etc, basically one that got away that you still regret to this day?
Why did it get away from you?
What do you miss about it?
Maybe post a pic if it's not to painful :tounge:

Without a doubt the one car I regret selling is my old e36 318iS. I sold it so that I could buy my e46 325... Just missed the styling and it was pretty clean for its age

Not a BMW but as cool as funk and I was informed by a mate in Toyota Ireland that it was the only Irish from new 1.4vvti facelift G6 in the country.
By no means a performance car but was my first "good" car. Would love to still have it for sentimental reasons
My '97 Original Irish Boston Green M-Tech 318is, Bought with Tax+Test for IIRC €380! Very clean original car.
I went to buy an exhaust from the seller, Brought home the whole car.
Likewise my e36 (my cars before it were just a-b sheds vw's and fiats) loved it looked excellent when clean very easy to pick up bits for it cheap to run
Why did i get away from it lack of cylinders and I was eager to see what the e39 was like no regrets after the change but I was in a bit of a state for a good week afterwards
What colour was it Gar? Looks like a lovely car, first time I see it
Cosmos black peter sold it nearly 3 years ago now last I heard of it it was in cork
Picture he posted about 2 years back
Nice one! You know, I may have spotted it a few times a while backOriginally Posted by Gar
Not a car that I sold but a car that I regretted not buying when I was offered it. It was a friends E36 318is in Helrot Red. He bought it around the same time when I bought mine and the car was immaculate. He offered it to me for €500 after one of the rear wheel bearings collapsed probably 5 or 6 years ago now. I didn't have the room at the time and the guy who bought it crashed it a few weeks later and the car was crushed
The only picture I have of it ironically is on the back of a recovery truck after the pressure plate in the clutch snapped in two after some "spirited" driving
