Alright fellas, so last night I turned the fan and temp up to there highest settings and the air is still cold and the fan is barely blowing air if at all and it's at it's max. Would it be an electrical issue now due to the fact I have the digital system?

Can you hear the fan under the scuttle panel kick in? Have one there if needed.

Can I ask if you bring it for a drive when up to temp and it's blowing cold and then you put the clutct in and release the throttle, maintain revs for a second and then back on the throttle does it blow hot?

From what I can hear it sounds like a little buzz or humming like a motor is trying to work but no fan no!

I'd put money on it being an air lock, they can be tricky to bleed correctly

Buzzing sound indicates a unit that is or has failed.
