Middle pillar removal
Has anyone ever tried to remove this black trim on the center pillars ?

Interior off first and then release screws from behind?

Have to this tomorrow upgrading my e60 ones to polished black ones not looking forward to it

Was thinking of going gloss black myself this is the only off putting part report back let us know how you get on

Its not a big job, honest. The door card comes off to allow access, the door rubber comes off then the door trim, chrome or shaddow lline and iirc, 1 or 2 phillips screws and Roberts your mammys brother.

Well all done today gar as dod said firstly remove door card then remove all plastic trims and rubbers u should be able to see the steal clips behind the rubber just pry them easily.. jobs a good one I'll post pics on my thread when car is finished really happy I done this

Middle pillar removal
Hoping to do these on mine too, I'm thinking gloss black. Could technically do them in place but it would be very messy masking the whole car up.
