so got it plugged in today and turns out it won't turn off. it comes right back on. drivers side pretentioner it say is the problem. where a bouts are these located does anyone know?

You need to remove the seat, and it's a cylinder that's attached to the base on the inside of the seat... It's part of the seat belt buckle.

Maybe there's a wire under the seat disconnected?

found a wire tapped up. don't think it was connected.
