More problems :(

Hi lads, having a problem with the passenger side electric window, when I press the switch down I can hear it click like it's making a contact but I'm gettin no movement in the window. Iv taken off the door card and can't see anything obvious.! Have any ye had this problem.? Can't seem to see where the problem is and the weather is only gettin hotter ha. It's a 99 e36 coupe . Sounds like a window regulator problem to me. Very commom problem

Pick up a new reg so or from a yard should do the trick .?

Thanks lads have a new reg sorted from a mate should be going in during the week .. Another problem I had today was fitting new 50/50 back lights, all the fittings seem to be in the exact same place as the original lights but i can't get the new 50/50's to fit in they seem like a few mil too wide at the main bulky part where the bulbs go in. Any one had this prob.?

Are they genuine lights?

I have the genuine ones in from factory, but the 50/50s were got off a mate that had them lying around he never fitted and we tried fitting them today but no joy .

Sorry, What I meant is are the 50/50 lights your trying to fit genuine? (Should have a BMW logo somewhere on the lense) Or are they aftermarket?

Aftermarket, can't see any BMW logo anywhere on them . Is it a loosing battle for me,?

I'm possibly wrong, But my first thought was they'd be aftermarket and just not a perfect/exact fit?
