iPod connectivity, talk to me !

Lads,
Have early CD53 business HU in my E46. I'd like to connect my iPod/iPhone as my CD changer is fubar.
I would like to be able to select tracks from the HU.

What are my options? The cheaper the better obviously.

I've used a Dice Silverline for the last 6 or 7 years in the E46

Plugs into the cd changer plug and controlled from the HU with scrolling text readout.
Can't remember price but at the time it was approx €150

I have one, bought it in States for 49 dollars delivered. It doesn't come with a BT function.
It is being posted at ebay with free shipping stateside. Good thing is you can chose and play any playlist you like.
Sometimes though it will reboot by itself if I won't use the car for 3 days, and won't be accessible for the first 10 minutes despite that I had the latest software update . Above all that,
I'm very happy with the unit.
