E46 N42 Engine Codes,

Bought an E46 off DoneDeal, Was told it needs 2xCamshaft sensors as sometimes it just won't start.
When I went to see it, It wouldn't start and just kept spinning.... Brought it home, Dropped in a freshly charged battery and it's started first go since and runs fine (No smoke/rattles etc)?

Although it's showing a few error codes, There's no EML on!
It's an N42B20A E46 318ci.

When it starts though it runs fine and will stay ticking over, Not smoking or any weird noises.
It's just sometimes it'll spin for ages and not start, leave it awhile and it'll start first go?

But all codes heading towards timing to..like inlet and exhaust cam sensors and vvt.. Possibly they could be because of winding it over ...crank havr giving plenty of trouble but i wouldnt rule out chain they all give bother ...run live data up no fairly quickly we're ur problem lies
