Dave what can I use by hand to get the black gloss trim up to scratch on the e46 its gone a bit dull would ag resin polish do ?

It'll do a certain amount to help!
To get it back up you'd ideally need to do a light machine polish.

The SRP will help give a bit of gloss and help hide swirls....just be sure to protect it or it will just wash out!

What would I need to protect it ? I want to give it a good going over before the summers over

AG Extra Gloss Protection...if ye had it....designed to work best with SRP, but anything is better tthn nothing!
