I keep a record of what I do in a spreadsheet and the cost. Most of the planning would be in my head but I have a habit of mixing up what I want to do and what's actually possible

I plan it out in my head, every little detail, research prices, sometimes even draw out the details and then do little to nothing I've planned because I'm always broke
