    RE: E39 PDC

    Hey,
there are two types fitted in the e39, one with a straight connector & another with a right angled conector. Here is some straight ones:

    http://www.ebay.ie/itm/4-X-BMW-PARKING-SENSOR-x3-x5-e38-e39-e53-e60-e65-e66-and-more-PDC-/151514443886?pt=UK_In_Car_Technology&hash=item2346 f6f06e

    Right angled ones:

    http://www.ebay.ie/itm/4-x-BMW-PARKING-SENSOR-E39-E38-E53-E60-E65-E83-PDC-PARKSENSOR-EINPARKHILFE-MINI-/181396800307?pt=UK_In_Car_Technology&hash=item2a3c 178333

I'm too lazy to figure out which ones are used where, I think the straight ones are the rear, angled ones are the front.

I think it was only 4 sensors gone & something to do with the gong. I'll check when I get a chance to look at PDF of errors.

It could be a faulty PDC module or a didgy earth to the PDC module:

If it is the module it's not too bad as they go for very little on eBay, hopefully it can be sorted by just doing the wire though. Will have a look below the tail lights when I'm doing the sensors like yer man.

    RE: E39 PDC

Just installed the two into the trim pieces, the 4 I got are all straight back connectors, the one on the front was a right angle connector but the straight back ones are still clicking on the front, all good?

Will tackle the middle back ones and the grounding errors Wednesday.
