No sound from stereo 2007 e60

Hi,

All of the sound is gone from my stereo. No cd, radio or car kit. It connects and disconnects as it should but no noise. Any thoughts?

@[kceire] had the same issue, can't remember but think it may have been a faulty module, I'm sure he'll be able to advise when he sees this

It could be a number of things.
Do your parking sensors etc work perfect just no sound?
Does your phone connect by bluetooth but just no sound?

If so its your amp. Our Logic 7 amp is in getting repaired at the moment and got the call to say everything working perfect now.

It could be one of the modules too but if everything is connecting as normal then mostly melt the amp.

Mick in Germanicks can do a test where he eliminates the issue module by module if you need to pin point the problem.

Sorted folks, fuse had come out of the board in the glovebox. Huge sigh of relief. Cheers lads for the replies
