vanos seals

have to take the vanos out as cant open the vanos solenoid bolt to replace camshaft position sensor so might as well replace the vanos seals..where can I get the kit and whats the best brand.whats the likely cost of the parts and is there anything else I should buy other than the kit..

Single or double vanos? If its single you need to time up the cams
