causes could be slightly sticking front caliper, all suspension would be well past it now is well new bushs/wishbones tie rods etc
If your positive the wheels are not buckled but judging by the speed it comes in id look at front suspension and calipers if the pistons not going back in all the way it will cause a nasty vibration

Check the wheels are actually round... Jack up and spin them look for a 'hop'.
I had awful trouble with buckled replica wheels before I switched to OE bmw wheels.
Also worn control arm bushes may exaggerate any imbalance in the wheels.
