I had a quick look at this link a few days ago and thought I must go through all the photos and remember the vehicles from my youth.
Now I'm fairly certain that this scrapyard was a stones throw from my house and I spent a lot of summers rooting through cars on this premesis.
I did some summer work (on the bog) for this guy and he had a massive collection of scraped cars, and that was before he started filling the neighbouring sandpit.
Brings back lots of memories, thanks for sharing Gar.
