What's the best way of doing this, use the black light first etc and what's the best way to apply?

    Looking good Harry!!

Nothing special regarding application; same as a wax or sealant. Apply with foam applicator, let it cure for a bit and buff off!!

As its not really considered a protection product, it's best to apply a wax or sealant onto top to ensure it lasts. Pete's53 is a very nice combo.
