Very different, sure its his own money and if he is happy what else matters. Things im not gone on:

Trunk lip - the e36 is boxy, that the appeal, the lip takes away from it
Exhaust tips - takes away from the styling
Gear Knob - just looks plain wrong.

Gold with white angel eyes is actually nice

Other than that it not too bad

I much prefer OEM+ Style.

I don't like that at all, I like a classy top spec oem look.

I like the look of lowered cars, and deep dish wheels but that's a "tad" over the top
