RE: 2007 535d Msport
Would have imagined 350ish bhp with just a map

400 bhp is easily achievable now with the 35d's.
With regards the LCI my take on it was this, to get an as clean LCI model you are talking €18,000.
The difference in tax per year is €800 so you would be looking at 10 years of ownership to make up the difference of buying an LCI. Theres man maths for you :P
Apparently the 07 models have stronger gearboxes and more reliable turbos, is this true Valdelis?

RE: 2007 535d Msport
I know this car through a friend, seemly, not just a remap. It has its DPF removed and straight pipe fitted and associated remap to allow for this. 350ish be is a standard stage 1 remap on a standard car. Allowing for the DPF etc maybe 400 isn't that far away.
I miss my 07 LCI a lot now and sold that for 15k last year, they have actually gone up a bit in value like all other cars, once it's a good one. My mate says this is nice close up too.

You can get 400 hp and more from those cars not a problem.
But not without adding an extra intercooler and changing several pipes as the stock pipes would not hold.
