    Hitech Wheel finished

Hi, anybody used these guys for wheel refurb? They list a couple of main dealers as customers.

    http://www.hitechwheelfinishes.ie

They list Diamond cutting as something they offer. In fact I have a funny feeling that they did my M6 wheels for Joe Duffy BMW but can't be sure.

The 2016 car plans thread got me thinking about the Motorsports for the e36 that I have in storage. Would be nice to have them on the car this summer.

    Hi Mark,

I've been thinking of the M5 wheels as well, I've used Lepsons in the UK a few times now and they're work is always without fault, they do diamond cutting, it's not cheap but they're very good, I'm going to send my wheels over on a pallet, you're more than welcome to throw them on the same pallet.

Waste of time sending wheels to uk to be done. Save yourself a few bob and contact rim solutions. There work is top notch and they don't rip you off. Alot of bmw dealers use them.
    2 examples I've had done

The m3 ones were diamond cut but not a great pic. They were perfect. Real oem finish not like other ones that have been polished up.

How can you say sending wheels to the UK is a waste of time? have you taken the time to do a direct comparison between the work that has been carried out by the offerings in both Ireland and the UK?

Price of sterling is at its highest in a long time. And adding in cost of shipping and time it takes you'd be mad to. The place I use have perfect work and can't fault them. They collected the wheels from my job and dropped them back 3 days later.

Sounds great Ian. I'll check Rim Solutions out. Now all I have to do is find a way to get the wheels to Dublin.
