Speaking of F40, I wonder will BMW dare to use the F40/F50 code for naming any of the next generation models seeing as we are now in F Series territory?

The look of delight when you tell your mates down the pub that you bought an F40......only then to find out that it's only some sort of BMW 2 Series active tourer or something!!!!

They've alreagy move on to G's with the latest 7 series.
