Sacrifices drivability at low speed for me - need to keep blipping the throttle in reverse to stop it stalling, pulling off at low speed requires a bit more throttle, and loses its smoothness. Clutch is also heavier, and after having knee surgery last year thats not ideal. Its probably quicker in real terms at getting up the revs for brisk driving, but I'm touching middleage-ness now (or am already well there depending on who you talk to) and it just isn't how I want this car to drive.
